Location: USA – Fall River, MA (Onsite)Work Type: Full TimeExperience Required: 1 – 15 YearsCompensation: USD $18.00 – $20.00 per hourVisa Status: US Citizen / Green Card HolderShifts1st Shift: 07:00 AM – 03:30 PM 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 07:30 AM (Shift Differential: +$0.75/hr for 3rd shift) Job Stability: Mandatory – No job hoppersJob OverviewThe Manufacturing Operator I is responsible for supporting the production of MDI (Metered Dose Inhaler) pharmaceutical products in a regulated cGMP environment. This role involves operating machinery, dispensing raw materials, performing cleaning and sanitation, executing batch processes, documenting activities accurately, and maintaining safety and compliance standards. The operator will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and high-quality manufacturing operations.Key ResponsibilitiesDispense raw materials and primary packaging materials as per work orders. Plan and execute batches in compliance with SOPs and cGMP requirements. Perform cleaning and sanitation of equipment and production areas. Monitor daily production performance and report deviations. Operate manufacturing machinery with minimal rejections and maximum output. Execute manufacturing steps and document activities in batch records/logbooks. Coordinate with engineering for equipment maintenance, calibration, and preventive upkeep. Maintain inventory of machine parts, tools, and accessories. Perform line clearance checks and ensure status labeling throughout manufacturing. Identify issues and support corrective actions. Must-Have QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED (required) Minimum 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, cosmetic, medical device, or other cGMP manufacturing environments Experience operating manufacturing equipment Knowledge of cGMP, SOPs, safety standards, and compliance protocols Ability to wear PPE, including respiratory devices when required English proficiency (speaking/reading/writing) Relevant experience must be within the last 2 years Nice-to-Have QualificationsMDI (Metered Dose Inhaler) manufacturing experience Basic understanding of deviation, CAPA, Change Control, OOS/OOT, FMECA Familiarity with OSHA safety standards Documentation and record-keeping experience (FDA/GMP compliance)Physical RequirementsFrequent lifting, bending, and standing for long periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally (with hand truck assistance when needed) Must be able to wear PPE including respirators (APR, PAPR, SAR) Ability to work in environments requiring respiratory protectionBenefits (Day 1 Eligibility)Medical, Dental, Vision HSA & FSA Short-Term & Long-Term Disability Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick Time, Holidays) Parental & Family Leave 401(k) with Company Match Employee Discounts
