Location: Manassas, USAStatus: ActiveSalary: USD 90,000 – 110,000Experience: 5 – 15 YearsJob SummaryThe Packaging Supervisor/Manager leads daily packaging operations for pharmaceutical or nutraceutical bottling lines, ensuring production efficiency, quality, and regulatory compliance with cGMP, FDA, and safety standards.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and manage packaging operations based on production schedules, manpower, and equipment capacity.Supervise, train, and motivate packaging staff, including operators and line leads.Oversee packaging quality, documentation, and ERP data entry.Manage validation, cleaning verification, and batch execution.Address deviations, investigations, and CAPAs promptly.Support hiring, interviewing, and performance management of team members.Ensure safety, compliance, and continuous improvement in packaging processes.RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, or related field.Experience: 5–8+ years supervising pharmaceutical/nutraceutical bottle packaging lines (oral solid dosage experience required).Skills: Strong leadership, communication, production planning, and ERP proficiency. Basic English reading and speaking required.Work EnvironmentOn-site role; involves standing or sitting for extended periods.Light lifting (10–15 lbs).Must comply with all safety and GMP standards.
