About the RoleWe are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will promote and sell our range of pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and medical institutions. You’ll play a key role in driving sales growth, building long-term client relationships, and increasing market awareness of our products.Key ResponsibilitiesPromote and sell the company’s pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare providersDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers in assigned territoriesOrganize product presentations, meetings, and promotional activities to increase product visibilityAchieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targetsConduct regular market research to identify new opportunities and competitor activitiesProvide accurate and timely sales reports and market feedback to managementEnsure compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards in pharmaceutical marketing and salesRequirementsMinimum of OND Marketing, or related fieldProven experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales is an advantageStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsExcellent presentation and customer engagement abilitiesSelf-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision
