We are currently seeking Pharmacists and Biomedical Professionals with an interest in the business side of healthcare to join our expanding start-up as Medical Recruitment Consultants.Our enterprise offers both a strong Purpose and a generous Commission Scheme. You’ll be working remotely from home within a small, international dedicated team with a collaborative and entrepreneurial culture. Our markets are in Canada and the United Kingdom, but the role can be performed fully remotely from anywhere in the world.BENEFITS💰 CompensationMonthly base remuneration as full-time freelancer$300 USD per successful candidate placement. We are looking for individuals who thrive in a team-based environment and enjoy contributing to shared projects rather than working in isolation.You will report directly to the Managing Director.5️⃣ Drive Placements to CompletionDemonstrate strong closing skills, persistence, and proactive communication to convert opportunities into completed placements.You will have clear KPIs and monthly targets.6️⃣ CRM updatesMaintain accurate and timely updates in the CRM system, including candidate notes, process stages, communications, and status changes.Ensure all data is structured, complete, and up to date to support performance tracking and team coordination.REQUIREMENTSExcellent written and spoken EnglishExcellent people skills / soft skills.Analytical abilityCommercial awarenessHigh digital literacy and comfort working with CRM systems and online tools.Comfort with numbersTrained as: Pharmacist, Clinical Pharmacist, Hospital Pharmacist, Community Pharmacist, Biomedical Scientist, Medical Laboratory Scientist, Clinical Laboratory Scientist, Clinical Scientist, Microbiologist, Molecular Biologist, Hematology Laboratory Scientist, Pathology Laboratory Scientist, Clinical Research Associate, Regulatory Affairs Officer, etc* Our selection process includes several stages which we will inform you about once/if selected.Thank you!
