The R&D Pharmacist will be responsible for conducting pharmaceutical research, developing nicotine products, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Daily tasks include formulating and testing new products, maintaining detailed documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and development. Additionally, the R&D Pharmacist will oversee quality control processes to ensure product safety and efficacy.Knowledge of:- GMP, GLP, ICH guidelines, and ISO certifications- Pharmaceutical-grade chemical handling- Safety protocols for hazardous substances (like nicotine)- Regulatory affairs, knowledge — especially for export or FDA standardsQualificationsPharmaceutical research, formulation, and product development skillsExperience in quality control and regulatory compliance for pharmaceutical productsProficiency in documentation and data analysis related to pharmaceutical processesStrong collaboration and communication skills for working with cross-functional teamsBachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related fieldAbility to work on-site in Dhaka, BangladeshExperience in nicotine product development and an understanding of global regulatory standards is a plusSoft Skills & Abilities:- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy- Working cross-functionally with R&D, QA/QC, production, and compliance teams- Ability to assist in "regulatory audits", inspections, and dossier preparation.Relevant Information:Vacancy- 02Experience level- 5+ yearsJob type- full-time Location- Rashidbag, RayerbagApplication deadline- 10th November, 2025
