Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Giza for a Pharmacy Sales Manager. The Pharmacy Sales Manager will be responsible for managing accounts and relationships with pharmacy partners, developing and executing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Key tasks include identifying growth opportunities, training and supporting pharmacy staff, tracking market trends, and collaborating with the marketing team to promote new product launches. The role also requires building and maintaining strong client relationships to maximize revenue and client satisfaction. Qualifications Strong sales and account management skills, including the ability to meet or exceed sales targetsExcellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation abilitiesUnderstanding of pharmacy operations and skincare/dermaceutical productsStrategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute sales strategiesProficiency in market research and data-driven decision makingEffective leadership and team collaboration skillsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related fieldExperience in dermacosmetics or the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
