NTU International A/S is leading a consortium for the implementation of the EU funded project called: Technical Assistance to Africa CDC - Accelerating Digital Health Transformation in Africa - TEI Digital health and is searching for experts to support the core team during the implementation of this project.The overall objective of this assignment is to strengthen health systems through integrated, patient-centred digital solutions development at the Primary Health Care (PHC) level, in line with the Africa CDC Digital Transformation Strategy.Location: Africa.Duration: The indicative start date is 23/11/2025 and the period of implementation of the contract will be 28 Month(s) from this date (indicative end date: 23/03/2028).PHC Infrastructure & Workforce Readiness Advisor (Cat. II)☝️ Qualifications and skills:Completed University studies of at least 3 years in Health Informatics /Digital Health, Data Science), Information Systems / Computer Science. In its absence, 5 years of equivalent professional experience.Fluency in English is required; working knowledge of French is an asset.☝️ General professional experience:Expertise demonstrated by consolidated experience of 6 years in the fields related to digital health infrastructure planning and workforce development.Experience in developing digital health toolbox and solutions.Experience in designing training and mentorship programs for PHC workers, as well as assessing and addressing infrastructure gaps (power, connectivity, hardware).Skilled in digital equity mapping, multi-stakeholder convening.Experience in advocating for system-wide reforms to expand connectivity and electrification in frontline health facilities.Experience with digital health initiatives in Africa.☝️ Specific professional experience:Proficiency in building digital health platforms, mobile applications, or web-based systems.Experience working with end-users (e.g government agencies, health workers, community workers) to co-design and test solutions (including user acceptance tests, and transitioning to national or regional scale).Experience with the frameworks and processes around civil registration systems is a strong asset.Familiarity with data standards and health data exchange protocols.If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply and upload your CV via LinkedIn or sent to recruitment@ntu.eu.
