The role is on-site and located in Leuven. The PhD student will be involved in day-to-day tasks such as conducting research, performing multiscale thermal simulations, conducting experiments to evaluate thermal properties, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to analyze data and develop innovative solutions for heat spreaders in microelectronic packages.
