The research will focus on elucidating the molecular mechanisms underlying human skeletal hereditary malformations such as clubfoot, utilizing chick and zebrafish models. Applicants Will Have The Opportunity To Investigate gene regulation in craniofacial and limb development. Employ advanced molecular biology techniques, imaging, and gene editing in zebrafish.
Analyze genotype-phenotype correlations in skeletal defects. Participate in international collaborations, with opportunities for training and travel. Requirements Master’s degree (MSc) in life or biological sciences. Strong background in molecular biology, genetics, and tissue culture. Demonstrated interest in human disease mechanisms and developmental biology. Proficiency in English (spoken and written). Willingness to travel abroad for conferences or training.
