Job Description: Draft, review, comment on, and revise company contracts, internal policies, procedural documents, and other legal materials. Support the Legal Department in overseeing the company’s compliance with legal requirements, assessing legal risks, and providing actionable recommendations.
Advise employees on a wide range of legal matters, including contract negotiation and execution, consumer complaints, data protection, and more. Represent the company in dealings with public authorities, regulatory bodies, and in interactions with both private and public individuals and legal entities. Requirements: University degree in Law. At least 1 year of professional experience in the legal field. Solid knowledge of the GDPR and strong practical application skills. Good knowledge of civil law and ability to apply it (especially in contract law, consumer disputes, intellectual property protection, and advertising regulations). Good written and spoken proficiency in both Lithuanian and English.
Proficiency in using MS Office and other standard business software. A proactive, results-driven approach, with strong analytical and critical thinking skills and a keen eye for detail. Strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
