Your Day-to-day To ensure continuous training and development of employees in Commercial department (field sales force); To ensure the implementation of an integration program for new employees; Monitor the progress of the training, regularly update the relevant reports; To keep the department's sharepoint page up to date, to make regular communications on the status of employee training; Participate in the development of training materials on request from specialized departments, including trainings, e-courses, videos, etc.

; Constantly improve approaches to learning through the use of new forms, To conduct any trainings in PMK portfolio (by business request) To improve business processes in terms of learning and development To communicate with agencies that provide the services Build strong communication between commercial departments and with COD deployment team. Who We're Looking For Ambitious and dedicated to continuous learning and staff development, consistently seeking to enhance organizational learning and development processes; Highly sociable, with a passion for public speaking, and skilled in written communication; Language proficiency:

English - at least Intermediate level; Confident user of MS Office and Power BI.
