Your Day-to-dayPlanning, organizing, coordinating, and controlling the maintenance process;Defining and implementing medium-term and long-term maintenance and asset management strategies;Coordinating the work of production departments to ensure efficient use of equipment and spare parts, minimizing downtime;Developing, implementing, and updating procedures for equipment maintenance, repair work, and maintaining relevant documentation;Training and development of shift employees and shift supervisors.
Who We're Looking ForHigher technical education;At least 3 years of experience in production;At least 2 years of experience in a managerial position;English language proficiency at Upper-intermediate level or higher preferable;Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);Knowledge of LES|MES|SAP (learning management systems) is an advantage.
