Your Day-to-daySupervise and develop team membersConduct performance evaluations and training.

Lead customs team and ensure timely clearanceMonitor transactions and control costsKPI tracking Develop and update internal proceduresEnsure compliance and audit readiness. Support process improvements and cross-functional projects. Coordinate with authorities during inspectionsMaintain professional relationships with external authorities. Ensure processes meet quality standards and legal requirementsWho We're Looking ForMinimum 3 years of experience in a similar position with people supervision. English upper-intermediate or above. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Solid functional and technical expertise in customs processes & legislation.
