To accelerate your development, we are offering a Program Manager position for 12-24 months. By joining, you will take on a few different assignments within the Manufacturing function. While these assignments will primarily focus on the Manufacturing area, they will also provide opportunities to collaborate with other functions and gain a broad perspective on the organization and business. Please note that this is a permanent position with a 12-24-month duration. Upon successfully completing this period, the goal is to offer you a managerial role and transfer you to the leadership team within the Manufacturing function.

Expectations For Team Membera university degree (technical degree would be an advantage);demonstrated successful experience in Operations or Logistics, encompassing leadership and effective people management.
LEAN knowledge (experience of LEAN application in Manufacturing would be an advantage);excellent analytical, communication and collaboration skills;is flexible, embraces the change, creative, yet keeps the ownership;eager to learn and appetite for progress;aspiration to grow in Manufacturing environment;fluently speak in English and Lithuanian.
