Who Are We Looking For?Bachelor’s degreeMinimum of 1 year of relevant professional experienceExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teamsStrong verbal and written communication skillsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficientlyMajor Responsibility AreasAssists the manager of TQSD in the conduct of internal preparations for IOSA, regulatory and internal Quality auditsPrepares a checklist based on company policies, regulatory requirements, and recommended practices, to be used in the audit of Cabin Crew Training and/or other divisions - as required by the manager of TQSDPerforms internal audits on Cabin Crew Training and/or other units - as required by the manager of TQSD, to ensure compliance to company policies, regulatory requirements, and recommended practicesReviews and consolidates cabin crew training audit findings, and/or other audit findings as required by the manager of TQSD, to determine the impact on training programs/operations; further identify risks; assist in the creation of corrective action plans; and ensure compliance; endorse to the manager of TQSD and concerned divisionMonitors implementation of corrective action plans of concerned division/s.
Monitors training compliance of CSTD and/or other units - as required by the manager of TQSD, and recommends improvements to the manager of TQSD, as necessary.
