What’s The Role All About?The Website Product Sr. Specialist / Officer is responsible for supporting the execution of the website’s roadmap, assisting in website performance monitoring, UX/UI improvements, and cross-functional coordination. Reporting directly to the Website Product Manager, this role plays a key part in ensuring the website remains competitive and optimized for conversions and customer experience. The Responsibilities:
Website Strategy and RoadmapSupport the development and implementation a strategic roadmap for the Philippine Airlines website. Assist in aligning website development with business goals, customer needs, and market trends. User Experience and Conversion OptimizationAssist in enhancing the website’s user experience (UX) and interface (UI) based on research and customer feedback. Optimize website booking flows, ancillary sales, and overall conversion rates. Performance Monitoring and ReportingTrack website performance through key analytics (traffic, bounce rate, conversion rate, engagement). Provide regular reports on website performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Feature Development and InnovationAssist in the development and rollout of new website features to improve user experience. Research and help integrate emerging web technologies and personalization strategies. Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with IT, Marketing, Platform Managers and Customer Experience to ensure a seamless digital experience. Support coordination with third-party vendors, agencies, and developers. SEO and Market OptimizationAssist in ensuring website pages are optimized for search engines (SEO best practices). Monitor website discoverability and implement improvements for organic traffic growth. Compliance and SecuritySupport compliance with aviation, data privacy, and cybersecurity regulations. Work with legal and security teams to maintain website integrity.
Testing and Quality AssuranceConduct regular A/B testing and usability tests to refine features and user flows. Identify and document bugs and coordinate with developers for resolution.
