M&A DirectorLocation: BrusselsBiotechnologyCompetitive packageWe are partnering with a leading biotechnology organisation undergoing rapid expansion and active deal-making to strengthen its M&A capabilities by recruiting an experienced M&A Director. This newly created role offers a unique opportunity to independently lead your own transactions within a lean, flat structure that prioritises hands-on deal execution. You will work closely with senior leadership, including the CEO and Board-level stakeholders, ensuring your impact is both immediate and visible.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing end-to-end M&A transactions, collaborating with a seasoned M&A professional and reporting directly to the Team Lead for North Europe. Lead, manage, and close your own M&A transactions, driving deal execution from origination through to completionWork closely with senior stakeholders, including the CEO and Board, to align transactions with strategic objectivesCollaborate with an experienced M&A professional to ensure quality and process improvements while maintaining deal independenceReport directly to the Team Lead North Europe and engage regularly with the Head of M&A and Group CFOMaintain active presence in the Brussels office to facilitate direct interaction with senior leadership and cross-functional teamsEnsure rigorous administrative and quality standards are upheld without compromising deal agilityKey Requirements:
