About the roleAt PHMG, we are proud to have built one of the best direct sales teams on the planet & have an opportunity that is perfect for a true hunter! Our BDMs are high-performing closers who attend a large volume of face-to-face appointments each month. This role is responsible for our Auckland market, where you will be meeting directly with SMB decision-makers to present our world-class solutions. We offer unrivalled sales support to our BDMs.
You work directly with a team of our elite Media Development Executives, who will prospect and qualify most of your monthly meetings, allowing you to focus on closing the deal. 5+ years of direct sales experience (business-to-business) Natural rapport builder Excellent presentation, negotiation & closing abilities Proven track record of exceeding targets & being a top performer in new acquisition sales (SMB)Self-starter, highly motivated and target-driven Dedicated team player with drive and initiativeFull driving license and comfortable with driving for large portions of the day Why join us?
