You will work closely with sales, marketing, and logistics teams to execute wholesale strategies, achieve revenue targets, and maintain strong relationships with our clients and retail partners.
⸻Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets • Build and maintain relationships with wholesale clients and retail partners • Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and monitor competition • Oversee seasonal buying, order forecasting, and inventory coordination • Prepare product presentations and conduct training for sales staff • Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and production teams • Represent the brand at sales campaigns, showrooms, and trade events • Provide feedback to HQ and brand teams to align on market needs⸻Qualifications • Minimum 3 years of experience in brand or wholesale account management • Solid understanding of fashion industry trends and wholesale dynamics • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (SoftOne experience is a plus) • Ability to travel domestically and abroad as needed • Fluency in Greek and English is essential • Strong organizational and analytical mindset • A proactive, energetic, and team-oriented personality
