We are currently looking for a communicative, creative, positive, and proactive professional to join our team as an SPECIALIST INTERNAL COMMUNICATION. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement internal communication strategies aligned with the company’s culture and objectives;Create and distribute engaging content through internal communication channels such as emails, intranet, newsletters, digital boards, and others;Plan and coordinate internal events, initiatives, and campaigns aimed at increasing employee engagement and awareness;Maintain and enhance internal communication platforms and tools;Collaborate with various departments across the organization to ensure consistency and effectiveness of internal messaging;Collect and analyze employee feedback to improve communication practices;Prepare presentations, reports, and visual materials related to internal communication projects;Monitor the effectiveness of communication activities and propose improvements.

University degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field;2+ years of experience in internal communications, employer branding, or similar roles;Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bulgarian and English;Ability to create engaging content and work with digital communication platforms;Strong organizational skills, initiative, and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment;Experience in organizing internal events or campaigns is considered a plus.
