Data Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to transform raw data into actionable insights that drive business performance. The ideal candidate will be skilled in data exploration, reporting, and visualization, with a strong ability to translate data into business recommendations. Key ResponsibilitiesCollect, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources. Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Create dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel. Collaborate with business teams to understand data needs and provide analytical support. Conduct ad hoc analyses to support decision-making and strategic planning.

Develop and maintain automated reporting systems and data pipelines. Monitor data quality and integrity, and recommend process improvements. Present findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Key Skills & ToolsProficient in SQL for data extraction and manipulation. Experience with data visualization tools (e. g. , Power BI, Tableau, Looker). Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas). Programming knowledge in Python or R is a plus. Familiarity with databases (e. g. , MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle). Understanding of statistical concepts and hypothesis testing. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence. Strong communication and storytelling skills using data. Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
