Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and people-focused Human Resources (HR) Professional to oversee and support HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organizational development. Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent. Maintain and update HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards. Handle employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution professionally and confidentially.
Oversee performance appraisal systems and support managers in staff development and goal setting. Facilitate training, learning, and career development programs. Maintain accurate HR records, contracts, and employee files. Administer Compensation, Benefits, And Payroll Coordination. Support HR reporting and analytics for strategic decision-making. Lead initiatives that foster employee engagement, well-being, and inclusive work culture. Advise leadership on organizational structure, change management, and HR best practices. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (CHRP, CIPD, or SHRM certification is a plus). 5–8+ years of experience in a human resources role, including generalist or managerial duties.
Strong understanding of employment laws, HR policies, and best practices. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills. Experience with HR software systems (e. g. , BambooHR, Workday, Zoho People). High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism. Strong organizational and time management skills.
