We are now very excited to grow that team further by hiring a new part-time Receptionist to work in a multi-faceted role encompassing reception and administration. What will you be doing? Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner. Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, tidy, and presentable at all times. Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls promptly and efficiently.
Handle incoming and outgoing post, packages, and courier services. Maintain visitor logs and issue security passes as required. Process new employees on their first day Assist with general administrative tasks for a variety of business functions Why you should apply? What are we looking for?The right person for this role will have experience in a receptionist role. Key Skills & Experience: Excellent communicator - articulate and succinct. Experience of Microsoft Office - Excel/Outlook/Word. Excellent interpersonal skills. Highly organised and able to plan and manage your own workload, meet deadlines.

Practical stuff Where is the role based?This role is based at our HQ in Pocklington (YO42)What are the hours?This is a part-time role encompassing 2 days per week (Monday & Friday preferred). However you will be expected to work more hours to cover holidays and sickness when needed.
