Demonstrated excellence in their own classroom, pedagogical practice is central to this role.This leadership position attracts a POR 2 allowance of $11,611 on top of teaching step [eg Step 10 teachers receive $125,789].This College wide faculty leadership role has three significant responsibilities:the building of a cohesive and committed faculty teamthe development, articulation and implementation of the vision of the facultysupport of students, staff and parents through appropriate information collation and dissemination across the year levelsAll teachers are expected to support the Christian ethos of the College.
