Australian International School (AusIS) is looking for Physical Education TeacherJob Description / ResponsibilityDevelop and deliver age-appropriate physical education lessons that promote health, fitness, teamwork, and discipline.Introduce students to a variety of physical activities including athletics, team sports, fitness routines, and recreational games.Foster an inclusive and motivating environment that encourages active participation from all students.Guide students in building strength, stamina, coordination, and sportsmanship.Identify and support students with varying physical abilities and help them set and achieve individual fitness goals.Supervise all physical activities to ensure student safety and respond promptly to any injuries or emergencies.Maintain sports facilities and equipment in safe and proper condition.Plan, coordinate, and lead school sports events such as Annual Sports Day, inter-house tournaments, and after-school sports clubs.Train and mentor school teams for inter-school and community competitions.Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to integrate health and wellness into the school’s overall curriculum and culture.Educational RequirementsBachelor of Physical Education (BPEd)MastersSkills Required: Physical Instructor, Physical EducationExperience Requirements3 to 5 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Developer,SchoolAdditional RequirementsHaving IB (International Baccalaureate) MYP/DP curriculum training and experience will be given high preference.Good command of English for teaching.Experience with the IB curriculum is a plus.At least 3 to 5 years of teaching experience.Strong communication and classroom management skills.
