This position will be an embedded position. As a Support Center Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of our physical security operations. Your responsibilities will include monitoring security systems, triaging incidents, providing investigative support, and collaborating with teams across the organization to maintain a secure and safe environment for employees, visitors, and assets. Key Responsibilities Process badge and access requests efficiently. Monitor and respond to alarms from access control and IP camera systems. Analyze global incidents and craft detailed intelligence reports. Dispatch security, facilities, and emergency personnel as needed. Support programming and troubleshooting of access control and camera systems.  Qualifications & Skills (Required) Graduate with a minimum of 1-year experience in a high-tech or fast-paced environment. Familiarity with access control software and IP camera systems. Proficiency in GSuite, Excel, Word, and incident monitoring tools. Strong multitasking skills and ability to handle high-stress situations effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Preferred (Good to Have) Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities. Ability to train others and work independently. Proficient in compiling and analyzing data. Good grammar and clarity in both verbal and written communication.
