Physical Security Manager

We are looking for a Physical Security Manager to oversee and ensure the safety and security of a leading data center facility located in Setiabudi, South Jakarta. The role involves maintaining a secure 24/7 environment, protecting company assets, and leading physical security operations.Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day physical security operations for the facility and clients.Develop and implement physical security policies and procedures.Conduct risk assessments and security audits, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending improvements.Supervise security vendors and manage guard force staffing and budgets.Oversee Access Control Systems, CCTV Surveillance, and overall site monitoring.Respond to security incidents, lead investigations, and implement preventive measures.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design & Build, IT, Operations, Sales) to ensure compliance with global security standards.Conduct training, awareness programs, and periodic site inspections.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire prevention standards in data center operations.Continuously assess and improve the overall security posture of the facility.Qualifications:Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Security Management, Management, or related fields.Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in Physical Security or Protective Services.Strong leadership, operational management, critical thinking, and communication skills.Excellent command of English (spoken and written).Experience in Occupational Health and Safety Management is an advantage.
