Physical Security Specialist

Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced Physical Security Applications Specialist with expertise in Access Control AEOS (NEDAP), CCTV and Car Park platforms. The ideal candidate will manage, configure, and maintain enterprise-level security apps, ensuring seamless integration between each app. Key ResponsibilitiesSystem Administration:Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot NEDAP AEOS Access Control systems.Manage integrations with Suprema, Invixium IXMWeb, and Idemia platforms.Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV SystemsConfigure, maintain, and troubleshoot Car ParkAccess Management:Implement and enforce access policies across multiple sites.Monitor and audit access logs for compliance and security.Integration & Networking:Ensure proper connectivity between access control systems and enterprise networks.Collaborate with IT teams to maintain secure network configurations for all devices.Technical Support:Provide Level 2/3 support for access control and biometric systems.Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues promptly.Documentation & Compliance:Maintain accurate system documentation and SOPs.Ensure compliance with organizational security standards and regulatory requirements.Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Expertise:Heavy hands-on experience with AEOS (NEDAP) access control systems.Familiarity with Suprema, Invixium, and Idemia solutions.Hands-on experience with Car Park (Smart Parking Platform; TKH INX Park Assist for sensor-based parking guidance and wayfinding signag, ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition): Vigilante ANPR integrated for vehicle identification)Hands-on experience with CCTV Systems (Surveillance Layer; VDG systems for video monitoring and incident tracking, good knowledge CNL PISM)Networking Knowledge:Strong understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls, and secure network protocols.Ability to configure and troubleshoot network devices related to security systems.Has knowledge about M2M Networking.Identity & Security Platforms: Azure IDP for authentication, SIEM for monitoring, and GMSA for secure service accounts.Education & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in IT, Electronics, or related field.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in access control and security systems.
