Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role in Kolkata for a Physiotherapist. The Physiotherapist will assess patients' physical condition, plan and execute individualized treatment plans, and provide guidance on therapeutic exercises, pain management, and rehabilitation strategies. Responsibilities also include closely monitoring patients' progress, collaborating with medical professionals, and educating patients and caregivers about preventive care and overall wellness. Qualifications Strong knowledge of physiotherapy techniques, rehabilitation procedures, and therapeutic exercisesCompetence in assessing, diagnosing, and creating personalized treatment plansExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and collaborate with the healthcare teamAbility to monitor patient progress effectively and adapt treatment strategies as requiredBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institutionState registration/license to practice physiotherapyPrior work experience in clinical or hospital settings is a plus
