Experience conducting user research and usability testingKnowledge of design systems and accessibility guidelinesStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsKey Responsibilities: Own the UI/UX design process to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience. Work closely with developers to implement and refine designs. Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions. Iterate product designs based on feedback from users and internal teams. Ensure design consistency across all platforms and touchpoints.
