Job Title: Event SupervisorReports to: Senior Marketing Manager, Piaget KoreaLocation: KOREAOverviewThe Event Supervisor is responsible for all event activities for Piaget Korea, reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager. This role primarily involves executing all clients events, pop-up store, in-store events & promotions in collaboration with relevant teams. In communication area, the Event Supervisor will implement production of event communication materials, and internal and external communication activities The ideal Event Supervisor should possess a strong understanding of brand identity and luxury business but also being able to implement all activities with a broad marketing perspective.Main Responsibilities Event & Promotion plan & execution Propose an appropriate action plan based on yearly business plan and execute accordingly under the supervision of Senior marketing manager Suggest and implement seasonal in-boutique events/promotions Organize, Prepare, Control and Execute all local events, in boutique activation, fair, opening ceremony, and outside of boutique event Plan and Execute product focused off-site events Explore and build good relationship with 3rd party partners On-site management and necessary coordination for client experience execution Tight communication with the agencies and shared functions to makesure the final quality and to monitor the preparation. Gather boutique and boutique-related feedbackback insight & needs. Share marketing and event activities with boutiques Report event / promotion result to relevant teams including Piaget HQ Work closely with relevant teams to identify client’s needs and proactively respond to elevate the client experiences Support PR& Communication, CRM for upcoming special projects including strategic event planning, execution, agency management Event related Communication contents Forecast,consolidation and submission to HQ Plan and allocate required quantity of publishing materials from HQ Handle artworks, printing materials and local productions (invitation, catalog etc.) Develop local event gifts Communication / Purchase / Distribution / Payment work for event gifts Report results of activities Budget management Event budget management and budget tracker updates Storage management Manage storage by regularly checking stock to enhance efficiencyJob Requirements Minimum + 5 years event or marketing & communication related experience in luxury industry Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong time management and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects independently Positive attitude & logical thinking Fluent in both Korean & English Expert Microsoft Office Suite skills, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook Entrepreneurial with a can-do spirit, innovative and team oriented
