About the RoleWe’re looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and business-savvy finance professional to join our Business Finance / FP&A team. This is not just a number-crunching role — you’ll be influencing real business decisions and working closely with cross-functional teams to drive growth, profitability, and efficiency.
What You’ll Do Partner with business teams to track and improve key metrics (revenue, margins, costs) Build and manage budgets, forecasts, and variance analysesOwn monthly reporting, dashboards, and management reviewsDive deep into data to deliver insights that drive strategic choices Support leadership with data-backed business planning and scenario modelingImprove internal finance processes for speed, clarity, and accuracyWhat We’re Looking For 2–4 years in FP&A / Business Finance / Consulting / Audit or equivalentStrong analytical skills and a solid grasp of financial statementsExcellent Excel or Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookups, modeling)Exposure to financial reporting tools or BI dashboards is a plusHigh ownership, a bias for action, and comfort working in a fast-paced environmentA team player who thrives on problem-solving and learning
