What You’ll Be DoingClient Concierge & First ImpressionsGreet clients and visitors warmly, manage calls, and respond to enquiries in a way that reflects our brand and values.

Office OperationsKeep things running smoothly—manage supplies, liaise with vendors, and help maintain a tidy and well-organised workspace. Calendar & Meeting SupportCoordinate room bookings, assist with scheduling, and support the team with calendar logistics. Mail & CouriersHandle incoming and outgoing deliveries and ensure timely internal distribution. Records & FilingMaintain accurate records and organise company documents professionally. Team SupportAssist with travel bookings, expense reporting, event coordination, and general admin tasks across teams.
