About the RoleWe’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and calm-under-pressure Project Manager to join our team.
You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest level of quality—acting as the hub that connects strategy, design, development, and client service. You’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of branding, campaign, and digital projects from kick-off through delivery, ensuring our internal teams and clients are aligned every step of the way.
What You'll DoDevelop and maintain project plans, schedules, scopes, and budgetsCoordinate internal resources and third parties for the execution of projectsLead daily check-ins, manage workflows, and oversee task assignmentsTrack project milestones and adjust plans as needed to meet evolving needsServe as the main point of contact for clients on project logistics and timelinesFlag risks early, resolve issues quickly, and communicate clearly throughoutChampion best practices in project management and contribute to continuous improvementWhat You Bring4–5+ years of project management experience in a creative, brand, or communications agencyStrong understanding of brand, digital, and content production processesExceptional organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyClear, confident communicator who can keep clients and teams alignedProficiency with project management tools (e.
