Job Description

Pineca is a leading online brand specializing in prefabricated wooden houses and garden buildings, operating across 10 EU markets. We focus on direct-to-consumer online retail, offering a range of products including residential houses, garden buildings, garages, and carports. As a digital-first company, organic visibility and lead generation are critical to our success. We are seeking a talented IT Administrator to join our team and help us maintain our software while being an important part of our IT support.

If you want to be a part of a high-performing team, then we want YOU to join our team at PINECA!What we expect you to do: Provide first-line technical support to employees (Service Desk) by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. Set up, configure, and maintain workstations, including hardware and software installation. Create, manage, and monitor user accounts, access rights, and security permissions. Ensure the smooth operation of office IT equipment, including printers, meeting rooms and other peripherals. Monitor and report on email and endpoint security.

Work closely with teammates on various initiatives and projects, such as system upgrades and implementations or process automation. Maintain IT documentation, including system configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and asset inventory. What you will need to succeed: Experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role. Knowledge of Windows and/or macOS environments. Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, DHCP, VPN, firewalls). Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
