IT System Administrator

Pineca is a leading online brand specializing in prefabricated wooden houses and garden buildings, operating across 10 EU markets. We focus on direct-to-consumer online retail, offering a range of products including residential houses, garden buildings, garages, and carports. As a digital-first company, organic visibility and lead generation are critical to our success. We’re on the lookout for a hands-on, curious, and reliable System Administrator to join our IT team! If you love solving problems, automating repetitive tasks, and keeping systems secure and running smoothly, this might be the perfect role for you. What You’ll Be Doing:

Supporting day-to-day IT operations and helping teammates with tech issuesParticipating and managing company projects, both independently and as part of a teamManaging the onboarding and offboarding process for employeesMonitoring our systems and services using tools like Zabbix and GrafanaTaking care of IT assets—from tracking inventory to managing hardware lifecyclesAnalyze and solve complex problemsWriting scripts to automate processes and improve efficiencyMaking sure everything we do aligns with ISO 27k security standards. What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of experience in a similar roleStrong hands-on knowledge of Windows Active Directory (AD DS)Comfortable working across Windows, macOS, and Linux systemsGood understanding of cloud-based suites (like Google Workspace or Microsoft 365)Solid networking knowledge: IP addressing, VLANs, DNS, IPsec, SSL VPN, Network authentication, firewall rules, etc. Strong knowledge of hardware components and troubleshooting (laptops, desktops, peripherals, etc.

)Proven record of managing projects related to system implementation and maintenanceFamiliarity with email services and troubleshooting common issuesExperience working with a Service Desk and supporting team membersKnowledge of IT asset management best practicesScripting experience (PowerShell, Bash, or similar) for automation of tasks.
