We are proud to bring this world-class concept to the Libyan market. Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Pinkberry Store Manager in Benghazi. Key responsibilities include: Overseeing daily store operations and ensuring customer satisfaction. Leading, training, and motivating the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets. Monitoring daily revenues and preparing accurate financial reports. Managing inventory, handling purchase orders, and ensuring timely stock replenishment. Enforcing operational and retail standards according to Pinkberry’s global guidelines.

Acting as the key communication link between the store, customers, and the corporate team. QualificationsProven experience in store or restaurant management (food & beverage or retail industry is a plus). Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales goals. Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and retail loss prevention. Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
