Let Pionr bring love back to finance and guide you towards creating your own dream.Experience & Skills:Currently enrolled in the 3rd or 4th year of a university program, preferably in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related fields,Availability to work part-time with 3 days a week on a hybrid schedule, Basic programming knowledge (preferably in PHP, JavaScript, or similar languages)Strong interest in technology and fintech,Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach and eagerness to learn,Team-oriented with strong communication skills,Passionate about the venture ecosystem with problem-solving and critical thinking skills,Strong communication skills and a collaborative team player,The Pioneer Campus is expected to:Support new product and module development processes with the software teamExecute test scenarios, identify and report software issuesContribute to the monitoring of system and data flow processesAssist in documenting internal system improvementsSupport coordination between technical and operational teamsResearch new technologies and evaluate their potential implementation within internal processesSupport the team in new business development initiatives,Play an active role in operational processes, contributing to day-to-day activities,Develop and propose innovative ideas and strategies to help Pionr Ventures achieve its growth objectives.
