Pipe Insulation & Cladding Worker

Job Summary:We are looking for skilled Pipe Insulation and Cladding Workers to perform installation, maintenance, and repair of thermal insulation and cladding systems for piping and equipment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with various insulation materials (such as fiberglass, mineral wool, nitrile rubber) and cladding materials (such as aluminum or stainless steel)Key Responsibilities:Measure, cut, and install insulation materials on pipes, tanks, and equipment.Fabricate and install cladding (aluminum or stainless steel) over insulated surfaces.Ensure proper sealing and weatherproofing of joints and edges.Read and interpret fabrication drawings or site sketches.Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.Conduct repairs or replacements of damaged insulation or cladding.Follow company safety procedures and site regulations.Coordinate with supervisors and other trades on site.Qualifications & Skills:Minimum 2–5 years of experience in pipe insulation and cladding works.Knowledge of different insulation materials (hot/cold service).Experience with aluminum and stainless steel cladding fabrication.Ability to read basic drawings and measurements.Good physical stamina and attention to detail.Ability to work independently or as part of a team.Safety awareness and commitment to quality workmanship.Education:High School Diploma or equivalent (Technical or Trade Certificate preferred).Preferred Experience:Experience in industrial or construction projects (oil & gas, food industries, or HVAC systems).GCC experience will be an added advantage.Salary & Benefits:Competitive salary (based on experience).Accommodation and transportation provided.Overtime as per company policy.
