We’re looking for a Pipeline Manager to support a high-volume Loan Officer within our team at USA Loans. This role is perfect for someone who’s organized, detail-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional customer service. If you’re a proactive problem-solver with great communication skills and love working in a team environment, we’d love to meet you! ✨ Full training provided!Main ResponsibilitiesManage the entire loan process from application to closingFollow up on active files to ensure deadlines and conditions are metCommunicate effectively with processors, underwriters, title companies, and real estate agentsReview documentation for accuracy and request any missing itemsKeep records up to date in LOS and CRM systemsProvide timely updates to clients and agents regarding loan statusAnticipate potential issues and find quick, effective solutionsAssist the Loan Officer with pre-approvals, pipeline organization, and client follow-upsRequirementsExperience in the mortgage industry (processing, loan assistant, or pipeline management) preferred but not required, we’ll train you!Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentBilingual (English & Spanish) is a mustProficient with basic computer and office softwareWhy Join Our TeamAt USA Loans, you’ll be part of a dynamic and results-driven team that truly cares about helping families achieve their dream of homeownership.
