Are we the road to your future?We are currently searching for a motivated Pipeline or Facility Engineer to support our Southeast Region in Atlanta, GA.To be considered for this position, applicants musthave, at minimum, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering from an ABET accredited college/university required.What You’ll Be DoingConduct pipeline MAOP studiesWork independently to confirm the proper installation of gas pipelinesReview documentation for MAOP, hydrostatic testing, and code complianceMark up as-built drawings, alignment sheets, & P&IDsApply prescribed techniques and procedures in accordance with established industry and client standards, specifications, and processes to perform assigned tasksPrepare engineering sketches and help develop construction drawingsLeading a multi-disciplinary teamMust be able to work with a team, take direction from supervisors, keep required work schedules, focus attention on details, and follow work rulesKnowledge of high-pressure natural gas pipeline construction and remediation What You Need To HaveBachelor of Science Degree in Engineering from an ABET accredited college/university required7 + years related engineering experience in the oil & gas (natural gas, pipelines, energy) industryValid Professional Engineering Licensure (P.E.) in Georgia with ability to gain additional licenseValid Driver's licenseField experience relating to pipeline installation (Desired)Oil & Gas construction experience (Desired)Working knowledge of CAD and GIS software (Desired)Proficiency with 49 CFR Part 192 and ASME B31.8Knowledge of pipeline fabrication and construction techniquesKnowledge of hydrotesting of natural gas pipelinesKnowledge of natural gas storage facilities and treatment processesKnowledge of natural gas pipeline regulatory codes and engineering standardsProficient use of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPointEffective written and oral communication skillsStrong focus on safe work practicesDemonstrates intermediate proficiency in technical subjectsAbility to pass a pre-employment drug screening to ensure a safe and productive work environment. If applicable to the position, a post offer fit for duty evaluation to ensure the individual can safely perform the essential functions of the role.
