Piping Engineer

We, as Çalık Enerji, offer the energy from nature to the people to build a better and sustainable future.Since its establishment in 1998, the company has become one of the world’s leading energy firms, successfully executing projects across Europe, the CIS, the Middle East, Central Asia, Africa, and the Balkans.Operating in Poland, Hungary, Romania, Switzerland, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Libya, Iraq, and Senegal, Çalık Enerji focuses on three main business lines: EPC Contracting, Distribution & Retail, and Renewable Energy Investments.We are looking for a Piping Engineer in Çalık Enerji Headquarters located in Istanbul;Qualifications;Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.Minimum 5 years and above of experience in a Piping Engineer position.Excellent command of English (reading, writing, and speaking) is required.Proficiency in MS Office programs.Flexible to work arrangement and travel.Experience in water treatment plants is a strong preference.Responsibilities:Preparation of piping standard documentation according to project requirements (Piping Typical Detail, Piping Job Specification, etc.).Piping material selection and wall thickness calculations. Creation of "Piping Material & Valve Specification" documents.Preparation of Piping Material Requisitions.Ensuring coordination of the Piping team with other departments on technical matters.Ensuring communication with the client on technical matters.Technical evaluation and control of piping design.Execution of other related tasks concerning piping support placement and piping stress analysis studies.
