Piping Materials Engineer 📍Location: Ust-Luga Region – Russia🏗️Project Type: Industrial Project (Gas Processing Plant)🕘Position Type: Full-Time About the PositionWe are looking for a Piping Materials Engineer to join our large-scale industrial project in the Ust Luga Region of Russia. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the handling, tracking, and coordination of piping materials used in industrial construction projects.Effective material management has a significant importance for the success of big-scale Oil & Gas projects, as it ensures the timely availability of the right materials in the right quantity and quality. In such complex and high-stakes environments proper coordination across procurement, logistics, storage, and quality control minimizes delays, cost overruns, and risks associated with non-compliance or material failure. This role is essential for maintaining the integrity and traceability of materials, which directly supports project safety, efficiency, and schedule compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesParticipating in material management operations for both underground and above-ground piping materials,Following the entire piping material flow process, from arrival at the EP warehouse (both domestic and international) to final site delivery,Taking part in all the shipment operations of the materials from ports to the EP Warehouse and ensuring timely delivery from the warehouse to the project site, Tracking and keeping records of the material approvals from the engineering department,Monitoring material requests for field assembly and manufacturing, and tracking the corresponding warehouse release forms,Collaborating with project staff including schedulers and AWP teams to plan material and equipment deliveries to the work site and construction teams, Ensuring the coordinated dispatch of materials from the warehouse, aligning with their assignment to specific IWP (Installation Work Packages),Following and coordinating equipment distribution and material deliveries to construction teams and subcontractors,Ensuring traceability of the material life cycle to the final assembly point,Contributing to the establishment and implementation of procedures for material management and delivery systems,Monitoring the preservation operations,Tracking the storage and the inventory,Participating in audits to subcontractor material systems,Monitoring the delivery of project materials to the site for activities incorporated in the work schedule and reporting the risks of delays in the project timeline,QualificationsBachelor’s or higher degree in Mechanical Engineering,2-5 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas Projects in the field of piping works or piping material management,Advanced level of English and/or preferably Russian,Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Autocad,Proficient user of Microsoft Excel,Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced work environment,Being an effective team member,Aiming to take part in international projects abroad in the long term,What Awaits You?Opportunity to be part of a large-scale, high-profile international project,A dynamic work environment with a strong and experienced team,Company-covered accommodation, transportation, and meals,A chance to accelerate your career within a solid organizational structure.Benefits We Offer🗓️Rotation Schedule: A rotation plan of either 120 workdays + 10 days off or 180 workdays + 15 days off,✈️Travel Support: Assistance with flight tickets during leave periods,🚌 Shuttle Service: Regular transportation service between residential areas and the project site,🏥 Employee Health: On-site infirmaries and access to company doctors, in addition to private health insurance that includes inpatient treatment and annual check-ups,🏠 Accommodation Support: Depending on the project location and role, either camp accommodation or rental assistance will be provided.To learn more about our projects and current openings, please visit our website at https://rencons.com and follow our LinkedIn page at https://www.linkedin.com/company/rencons/life.
