Technology Oversight: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of all IT systems, including hardware, software, networks, and cybersecurity protocols. Digital Transformation: Lead initiatives to modernize legacy systems, adopt emerging technologies (e. g. , AI, cloud computing, data analytics), and enhance the organization’s digital capabilities. Team Management: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Budget Management:
