Collaborate with the CEO to translate vision and strategy into actionable plans, ensuring alignment across departments and teams. Executive Support: Act as a confidant and advisor to the CEO, preparing briefings, managing communications, and prioritizing time and resources effectively. Cross-Functional Coordination: Oversee and facilitate collaboration between departments, resolving bottlenecks and ensuring initiatives are executed on time and within scope. Project Management: Lead high-priority projects, from planning to execution, ensuring measurable outcomes and alignment with organizational objectives. Decision Support: Conduct research, analyze data, and provide insights to inform executive decision-making and board-level discussions. Stakeholder Engagement:

Serve as a liaison between the CEO, board members, investors, and external partners, managing relationships and communications. Team Leadership: Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation, mentoring staff and driving professional development initiatives. Operational Efficiency: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance organizational performance and scalability. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 3+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or leadership roles, with a proven track record of managing complex initiatives. Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels. High emotional intelligence, discretion, and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
