Define and execute a people strategy that aligns with the organization’s mission, values, and long-term objectives. Lead talent acquisition, development, and retention efforts, ensuring a robust pipeline of high-performing individuals. Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture that reflects the company’s core values and supports employee well-being. Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive, equitable, and aligned with market trends. 12+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role, preferably as a CPO or equivalent. Proven ability to develop and implement people strategies that drive business outcomes in a dynamic environment. Deep expertise in talent management, organizational development, and culture-building. Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a track record of influencing C-suite stakeholders. Strong understanding of employment laws, HR technologies (e. g. , HRIS, ATS), and people analytics. Experience leading through transformation, mergers, or rapid growth is highly desirable. Passion for creating an employee-centric workplace that balances performance and purpose.
