The Finance Manager/Director will be responsible for managing budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

This role requires a proactive leader with strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate across departments to support the company’s financial health and growth objectives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage annual budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term financial plans. Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses for senior management and stakeholders. Monitor cash flow, investments, and financial performance to ensure organizational stability. Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal financial regulations and standards. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to improve profitability.

Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights and support business decisions. Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and growth. Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred). Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques. Proficiency in accounting software (e. g. , QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and projects. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex financial data clearly. Familiarity with regulatory compliance and GAAP principles.
