Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques. Proficiency in accounting software (e. g. , QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and projects.
