Here is an HR Generalist/Business Partner job description below for the backgrounds we're looking for: Key Responsibilities: Employee Relations:

Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers, addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Recruitment & Onboarding: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop job descriptions, source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, and facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new hires. Performance Management: Support the performance review process by coaching managers on goal-setting, feedback delivery, and performance improvement plans; ensure alignment with organizational goals. Training & Development: Identify training needs, coordinate employee development programs, and promote continuous learning to enhance workforce skills and career growth. Compliance:

Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws (e. g. , FMLA, ADA, EEO) and maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR regulations; assist in maintaining employee records and HR documentation. Business Partnership: Work closely with leadership to understand business objectives, provide HR insights, and implement strategies that support talent management, workforce planning, and organizational growth. Benefits & Compensation: Administer employee benefits programs, assist with open enrollment, and respond to employee questions; collaborate on compensation analysis and benchmarking as needed. Culture & Engagement: Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture by organizing employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and team-building activities. HR Projects:

Participate in or lead special projects such as policy updates, HR system implementations, diversity and inclusion efforts, or process improvements. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 1+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or Business Partner role. Knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Professional certification (e. g. , PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus but not required.
