Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and promote a positive work environment; address grievances and ensure fair and consistent application of company policies. Performance Management: Implement performance review systems, provide guidance to managers on employee development, and support career growth initiatives. Create, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification, e. g. , SHRM-CP or PHR, preferred). Years of progressive HR experience, with at least 1 year in a managerial or supervisory role. kKowledge of employment laws and regulations (e. g. , FMLA, ADA, EEO). Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills. Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in HR software (e. g. , HRIS systems like Workday or BambooHR) and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
