This executive will be responsible for overseeing the entire IT landscape, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and providing strategic direction to our IT department. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Formulate, direct, and manage the company's IT strategy, ensuring it supports the overall business strategy and objectives. IT Governance: Establish and enforce IT policies, standards, and procedures to manage risk, ensure compliance, and improve operational efficiency. Digital Transformation: Drive digital initiatives, including cloud adoption, data analytics, cybersecurity enhancements, and automation to increase organizational agility and competitive advantage. Team Management:

Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud computing, software development, and data management. Familiarity with emerging technologies like AI, IoT, and blockchain.
